Ordering & Shipping Information:
To shop online, choose a department to browse in or search by keyword for products. Then add individual items to your shopping cart. You can view your cart or check out anytime you like.
You can choose the Express Checkout option (your billing and shopping info will not be saved for future purchases) or Create an Account the first time you make a purchase. If you create an account, you will just need to remember your login id and password to access your account for future purchases as your shipping and billing address information will be saved along with info about past orders. If you forget your account password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account login page.
Payment Options
For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, we are happy to process your order by fax or mail. you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. You can also purchase with a money order or check! Orders paid by a check will be shipped as soon as your check clears the bank. When you complete your order in the store, just choose the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print out an invoice to fax or mail in with your payment. Shipping Information: Up to 6 yards of regular 100% cotton fabric will fit in a Priority envelope. Bulky fabrics like flannel require special packaging.
As much as possible, shipping is done via the
United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail or Regular Mail. When it is better for you, we will ship using UPS.
All our shipping costs quoted are ESTIMATES. If the actual shipping cost is significantly different than our rate chart, the charge will be reduced or increased accordingly.
For our customers outside the US, we will use the most economical shipping method possible. If your order will fit in a flat-rate Global Priority envelope we will ship Priority. Most likely we will use UPS Worldwide as packages are insured and trackable and delivery is guaranteed.

International Shipping: Charges are estimates. Actual shipping charges are based on weight, zone and insurance value. A receipt will accompany package showing actual shipping charges.

Sales Tax: Orders placed from within the state of California will have 7.25% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Insurance: Packages shipping to US addresses and valued more than $50.00 are insured automatically. Global Priority packages cannot be insured. To insure an overseas package it must be sent surface or Air Mail. Packages shipped Priority mail have delivery confirmation.
Store Policies
Privacy: We respect your privacy and hold all information confidential. We will not share your information with outside parties for any reason.
Returns: We do not accept returns on books or patterns due to copyright law. Sale items are final. There are no returns on cut fabrics (unless there is something wrong with the fabric). If you find something wrong with the fabric you can return the fabric within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued less shipping and a $5.00 handling fee. Returns must be received absent smoke or animal odors.
